Detective David Mills

David Mills was a homicide detective who after being transferred was patterned up with now retired Detective William .R Somerset. David's first case in his new job was the infamous "Seven" murders, the events of which have scared and change his life forever.

David moved to the city with his wife and high school sweetheart Tracy and there three dogs who David refers to as his "kids". The couple moved into a house that was built close to the subway which made it the "Vibrating house".

Over the course of the investigation into the murders the pair of detectives nearly captured the murderer. But he made a dramatic escape after shooting at the pair. Later on the killer turned himself in and told the police that he had killed a sixed and seventh victim.

He wants to take the pair of detectives to the location of the bodies and only the two detectives and in return he will bring them to the location of the two bodies.

The killer brings the detectives out to the middle of nowhere. Soon after their arrival a delivery truck drives up to them with a package for "Detective David Mills" a package. Inside the package was Tracy head snaps. Finding out about his wife death and that she was pregnant was too much for him. David gave into the killers wish and shot him.
